Subsequent to the PD, he worked for the Office of the Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel for the Fourth District handling two Broward County Felony Courtrooms, Drug Court, Misdemeanor Domestic Violence and Mental Health Court. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Clayman started his own legal practice where he focuses on high level communication with clients and zealous advocacy on their behalf.

Mr. Clayman has successfully represented individuals on charges ranging from low level second degree misdemeanors up to capital offenses such as human trafficking and murder. He has developed a reputation for operating ethically while aggressively defending the interests of his clients. He is a lawyer who loves to work. This consists of filing motion after motion once engaged in the discovery process seeking out any issue that will help weaken the State’s case. This is done for the sole purpose of having charges dismissed, having charges changed to lesser offenses that are far less severe and to put his clients in the best possible position.
